Brussels have already decided to give over 23 corporate buildings to be converted to apartments so people can live local … It will mean bigger apartments, with storage for bikes and balconies. Ireland has a large number of new and being built office developments, let’s hope it does not bode what the 80’s did ie nobody interested in office space and pension funds losing out. We may await U.S. DOGE and it may be high scale “firing” of surplus to requirement staff, letting them return to the old version of “sole trader”.
