That feed delivers Trump’s posts split-seconds ahead of the public. Here’s why that matters. Trump routinely drops policy on Truth Social first, tariffs, national security, executive orders, sometimes before his own administration knows. For trading algorithms, a few milliseconds on news like that is real money. The firms paying in get an early look at market-moving news. Regular traders see it once it’s already priced in. Senators Warren and Schiff have asked the SEC to look into whether the arrangement is legal, calling it a threat to basic market fairness. The platform itself stays small.
