Brain Awareness Week: Trauma can come from a myriad of sources but I found this interesting video which should be explored especially where Narcissism exists in relationships. “What child verbal Ab*se DID TO YOU.” by Dr Ramani. Comment: Children are like sponges and verbal abuse can cut deep. Someone needs to examine what happens if in their adult years they become debilitated and vulnerable and if they revert to their childhood methods of coping especially where verbal abuse applies. Ireland has a long history of Fear imposed Education especially through the 1930’s to 1980’s when legislation was enacted to stop children being slapped by teachers. This makes this lecture interesting for people in their 50’s onwards
