Ireland has a large number of new and being built office developments, let’s hope it does not bode what the 80’s did ie nobody interested in office space and pension funds losing out. We may await U.S. DOGE and it may be high scale “firing” of surplus to requirement staff, letting them return to the old version of “sole trader”.
