Wisdom sometimes comes with age. Decades ago I was diagnosed and remain taking medications for bipolar and anxiety complicated by a traumatic brain injury; then breast cancer. I must admit I have found great solace listening, reading, watching YouTube of Dr Gabor Mate. He is a medical doctor who is human and admits to his own “hungry ghosts”; he never ceases to look for the reasons why. This is so important because it takes us back to the philosophers who too stated the importance in finding a purpose in life. Below is the latest culmination of Dr Gabor Mate’s work.
