Mental illness, addictions, intellectual impairments, disabilites, elderly. Yet again a scandal and who pays but the Vulnerable? This election year I hope the question is loud enough about charities, mental illness provision, nursing homes, homes for peoples with disabilities, addiction, the reasons behind the homeless crisis with “A country is judged by how it treats its most vulnerable”.
