Mental illness. Watch U.S. Institutions are back on the agenda. Community care, it appears just did not work. What will this mean for other countries? Ireland promised proper care in the community but the truth is mental illness is causing homelessness here too and below budget allocations to even research positive outcomes for people with mental illness.
