An interview on Saturday morning on RTE 1…it was Clem Kenny who I once knew and what a story especially at Christmas. Why not the start the New Year and rather than build so many apartments and new houses, buy, get the grants and refurbish the houses of character to be found especially in Dublin 2, Dublin 4 and Dublin 6.
