Nick Delehanty on X: New Website Just Dropped. This one tracks Ireland’s asylum and immigration statistics using interactive dashboards. From IPAS spending to deportations, arrivals, PPS numbers. Using the data, we can see: 1) Arrivals from Somalia are up 90% in 2026 2) Backlog of asylum appeals is up 383% since 2023 3) Almost €300m has been paid to owners of CityWest. It was developed by a friend. I’m also working with other devs who want to make public data more open. We are all volunteers who care about Ireland. We receive €0 from Coimisiún na Meán Isn’t it amazing how none of our highly paid media are capable of this type of work? Why is that? Comment: Ellis Island, we all it knows its history. People seeking asylum in Ireland must be vetted. Too many coming from warring factions between tribes in the African continent.
