SPIRE is a new research repository to communicate and share research from St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS). Comment: I cannot highly enough recommend this for people like me diagnosed bipolar and anxiety. Decades seeking answers or tips for improvement have been lessened by bibliotherapy and tracking research via the internet. Spire and its links to training universities (Trinity College Dublin, UCD and Cork University) is worth following. In the early days of diagnosis I used to attend the lectures given in St. Patrick’s on a monthly basis. Education and knowledge are no load to carry.
