Continent of Africa; the Congress of Berlin and the distribution of land to the great colonial powers of the 1800’s until these countries fought for Independence. Never forget why these countries became so attractive – Mineral Resources and to this day they are exploited; this shows the interests of the French. The leaders of Niger have recently decided that no more uranium will go to France, however, it is thought that they have done a deal with Iran.
