The Qualifier is the essay to me is about perfection and it is perfection that creates the massive anxiety disorder which causes mental collapse.

Every day I start the day by looking for a quotation which engages me with whatever is within that day. I then go to my twitter account @canisgallicus and I “paste” the quote, with a comment added by me to a variety of tweeters who may be interested – these days it mostly relates to COVID-19.
